Abstract
Study This aiming For dig role Language foreign in support skills literacy required by event organizers event management , especially in South Sulawesi. In facing the era of globalization which is increasingly rapid , use Language foreign — especially Language English — to be element important in smoothness communication cross culture . Skills literacy , which includes verbal, digital and cultural literacy , play a role as factor key influencing effectiveness of event organizer in develop communication strategies , manage event logistics , as well as create experience positive for event participants , especially in international and hybrid event contexts .
Study This adopt approach qualitative with method studies case , which involves interview in-depth , observation directly , and analysis document related event management by several event organizers in South Sulawesi. Focus main study This is For identify challenges faced by local event organizers in use Language foreign , as well as analyze How skills literacy Language foreign can optimized For increase quality management of international and virtual events . In addition , research This aiming For give insights and recommendations strategic for event organizers in develop skills communication multilingual , as well as utilization digital technology and global communications platform for increase professionalism they .
