The widespread impact and impact of these dangers make the subject of human trafficking an extraordinary form of crime. A role can also be defined as a collection of specific actions resulting from a specific position. Transformation actions in order to produce equality between women and men. One way to encourage women to become independent human beings is by raising awareness and supporting their potential. The Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection has a role and duty as a forum for protecting their rights, preventing and reducing acts of violence that often occur in communities where the majority of victims are women and early childhood. As for the legal principle applied with the principle of utility, the principle of justice, the principle of balance, to create a sense of security and protect the interests of the community, but also to restore the balance of public order, the premise of legal certainty provides legal protection to victims of crime. This effort also requires the participation of all government, private, and non-governmental organizations. international bodies, social organizations, individuals, including the media. The latest effort by the Women's Empowerment Agency to minimize human trafficking is one way to implement the method by providing training to village leaders on management procedures. One of the main objectives of these vetted administrations is to prevent the widespread use of identity fraud in the administration of migrant workers' needs.
Gustika Sandra Andi Arfyan Priatama Amar Mukhawas Rasyid Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ 2024-05-30 2024-05-30 5 2 17 24 10.47616/jamrsss.v5i2.499 Violence, Alienation, Cruelty in Harold Pinter's Selected plays: A Social and Political Study https://amrsjournals.com/index.php/jamrsss/article/view/500
This paper aims to elucidate the themes of violence, alienation, loneliness, and cruelty found in Harold Pinter's selected plays. It makes an effort to offer a fresh interpretation of these ideas and tackle the subject of when cruelty, violence, estrangement, and loneliness are justified. Harold Pinter frequently uses violence in his plays to highlight control, power dynamics, and the more sinister sides of interpersonal interactions. Pinter is renowned for exploring conflict and tension in seemingly commonplace relationships in his works. Although physical violence can also occur, political and societal violence predominates in his plays' acts of cruelty. Pinter employs subtle and complex forms of cruelty and violence to both challenge and unnerve audiences, as well as highlight the darkest facets of human nature and society. They frequently provide freedom for the audience's interpretation and introspection since they are unclear. Pinter's plays clearly explore the issue of man's estrangement and loneliness as a result of the cruelty that permeates contemporary society. The main characters experience social isolation and loneliness. They avoid social situations and the outdoors out of a fear of uncertainty or antagonism. They stay alone in society and misunderstand one other, making it difficult for them to maintain meaningful relationships with others around them. Either by nature or as a consequence of external pressure, they are alienated and lonely. These people grow far and alone from the society they live in as a result of the experiences they have. Ultimately, The Caretaker depicts cruelty and alienation while The Birthday Party and One for the Road lay more focus on violence via the interactions between the individuals, illuminating the subtleties of power struggles, deceit, and exploitation in interpersonal relationships. Pinter examines how a variety of impulses, including insecurity, power, and survival, may lead to overt or covert acts of violence, estrangement, cruelty, and alienation. In order to accomplish this goal, the study will mostly rely on post-Marxist scholars such as Hannah Ardent and Erich Fromm. The article will use their ideas of power, subjugation, alienation, and violence to decode the intricate manipulation of violence, cruelty, alienation, and loneliness in these plays. The researcher attempts to expose and evaluate these issues socially and politically from the perspective of post-Marxist theorists.
Asaad Abderada Ali Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ 2024-05-30 2024-05-30 5 2 25 40 10.47616/jamrsss.v5i2.500 Position of Verbal Witnesses as Evidence in Drug Criminal Cases https://amrsjournals.com/index.php/jamrsss/article/view/527
Verbal witnesses are not recognized in the General Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), but the use of verbal witnesses is indeed permitted in the context of Indonesian law, as long as it remains within the existing legal corridor. The existence of verbal witnesses in the examination process in court is not absolutely necessary, depending on how the examination process in court is going. If desired or if a defendant retracts what he stated in the BAP, then either the public prosecutor or on the initiative of the judge can submit verbal witnesses or investigator witnesses. In a court examination, the statement of the investigator's witness stated under oath can also be said to be a valid statement. The statement from this verbal witness is not only to refute the defendant's statement, but also one of the elements in which the judge forms a belief in the charges charged against the defendant. So we can often find that the statement of this verbal witness is used in the judge's decision in deciding a criminal case. However, the existence or extent of the evidentiary power of the verbal witness' statement in influencing the judge's belief does not have definite parameters

.
Warsito Kasim Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Asian Multicultural Research for Social Sciences Study http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ 2024-08-05 2024-08-05 5 2 41 52 10.47616/jamrsss.v5i2.527 Regional Property Asset Management (BMD) Case Study of Operational Vehicles at the Bone Bolango Regency Health Office https://amrsjournals.com/index.php/jamrsss/article/view/533
This research aims to obtain an overview of BMD Asset Management, Case Study of Operational Vehicles at the Health Service of Bone Bolango District. To accomplish the goals of this study, 63 students of English department at Ferdowsi university and Imam Reza university in Mashhad, Iran at the level of B.A, M.A, & Ph.D were handed two types of questionnaire to figure out the effect of their academic level and personality type on learning strategies they tend to use to improve their language proficiency. The results shows that the most frequent used strategy is the social one more than cognitive and metacognitive with the highest average mean score. However, the results show that the students are introverts more than extraverts.
